Our project began with comprehensive market research focused on Kohl's. This included an in-depth analysis of Kohl's demographics, psychographics, internal and external factors, as well as the competitive market.
Based on our findings, we developed a detailed six-month buying plan that effectively contributed to increased sales performance. Additionally, we created a complete assortment plan, purchase order, and line sheet to support our strategy and ensure streamlined execution. The project concluded with a formal oral presentation, summarizing our conclusions.
